The Securities Investors Association (Singapore) ("SIAS") cordially invites Unitholders of Elite UK REIT (the “REIT”) to an in-person dialogue with the senior management of Elite UK REIT Management Pte. Ltd., the manager of the REIT (the “Manager”). 

During this session, senior management will present key highlights of the REIT’s proposed acquisition of five government-leased properties (announced on 16 June 2026), alongside its asset repositioning initiatives and key strategic priorities. 

The presentation will be followed by an interactive Q&A session to address questions from participants.
