Key Highlights
To confirm minutes of AGM held on 22 October 2025.
To receive and adopt the Annual Report for financial year 2025/2026.
To receive and adopt the Audited Accounts for the financial year ended 30 June 2026.
To appoint Auditors for the ensuing year.
To approve the change of financial year end.
To approve the proposed changes to SIAS Constitution.
To transact any other business of which two weeks’ notice has been given in writing to SIAS Honorary Secretary.
